• Shipping Charges Are Not Refundable

• Please Inspect Your Items Immediately Upon Receipt of Your Order. If You Believe You Received Defective or Wrong Items please take a picture and Email Us: gandiclothingcompany@gmail.com

• All Returns and Exchanges Must Be Initiated or Shipped Back Within 14 Days of Receiving Your Order. Please Note All Returns Shipped to Us After 14 Days Will Be Shipped Back To You Only at Your Expense Or Donated To The Local Charity! 

• International orders are allowed to return items 30 days from your receive date.

• Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.

• Store Credit Will Be Issued For The Price of All Eligible Items. Return Shipping Charges Are Your Responsibilty Unless We Shipped You Wrong or Defected Items.

• Once your return is received and processed, we will email you your E-gift card that can be used on the website.

• E-gift cards can not be used at our Sanford, FL brick and mortar store.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item for a refund, we will issue a store credit in the form of an E-Gift card that you will be able to use towards the item you wish to order.
